WinConvert and all associated materials are the intellectual property of their respective developer(s). You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Software without explicit written permission.
WinConvert is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer makes no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Software entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss or corruption.
WinConvert is currently distributed without a code-signing certificate. Windows SmartScreen may display a warning when running the installer. This does not indicate malicious content. By proceeding past this warning you acknowledge that you understand the nature of unsigned software and accept any associated risk.
WinConvert may use third-party open-source libraries (including FFmpeg). These components are governed by their respective licenses. WinConvert's license does not override or supersede those licenses.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your license to use WinConvert terminates automatically if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination you must immediately uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the developer's jurisdiction.
